ADHC101 - Certified Alzheimer's Training
Instructions
Completion of a 4 hour certified Alzheimer's training is required by the AHCA within the first 3 months of hire.   It is important that you coordinate with your manager to arrange registration and payment for this training as soon as possible after you start work.

Your manager will identify a provider, get you registered and arrangement payment for the course.    You are responsible to reach out to your manager to get the process started, to complete the training successfully, and then to upload your training certificate below.

Please upload a copy of your certificate of completion. Once reviewed by the ESU administrator, your course in ESU will be marked as completed.
